Foxglove is embodied by the character Frank Minza, a death-defying adventurer with a taste for rare spirits. His voice carries through from elements of design to the menu selection, evoking the golden age of aviation and travel by implementing a replica of a 1940s Gloster jet engine mounted behind the stage, and identifying cocktails by their era of time.
SoulGruv. Meaning: a soulful feeling that you just have to tap your feet to. Melanie ‘BabyDoll’ Wallace and Hong Kong’s own Skip Moy, give you all the feels with their unique sound. Featuring voice, flute, guitar and occasionally keys, this ‘SoulGruv’ makes for a lovely early weekday evening with drinks.

Formed in early 2018 in Hong Kong, Zauce is a Jazz band featuring a fine blend of four musical souls with different cultural backgrounds as well as musical training and tastes from Hong Kong, USA and Toga, Africa. With Chi Ho Choi on guitar, Seynah K. Avlessi on drums, and Saiwai Liang on bass, Zauce smoothly delivers a rich mixture of Jazz music styles ranging from swing, funk, blues to Latin.

Each dish is based on the freshest ingredients that are sourced with care to create our executive lunch and delectable a la carte menu. Our signatures include Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Fresh Crab Meat, Bacon and Mushroom, Crispy Deep-Fried Chicken, Lotus Leaf Wrapped Wild Mushroom Short Rib. Foxglove also offers a selection of rare cognac and spirits, bottled in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s - aged for as long as half a century. Bottles from defunct distilleries as well as Japanese cask-strength whiskies are also available. A carefully crafted cocktail menu pays homage to a bygone time when spirits were king and bartenders revered. Each cocktail is carefully crafted to evoke classic cocktails with Frank’s own twists. Choose from fascinating selections such as the New York Sour, Jasmine Paloma or take a sip out of rare vintage brandy bottled in the 1930s. Our collection is for you to journey through.
