Foxglove is embodied by the character Frank Minza, a death-defying adventurer with a taste for rare spirits. His voice carries through from elements of design to the menu selection, evoking the golden age of aviation and travel by implementing a replica of a 1940s Gloster jet engine mounted behind the stage, and identifying cocktails by their era of time.

This funk soul high energy party band was founded by Toronto legend Billy Alexander (vocals, keys, synth) in an effort create a more polished and rehearsed sound here in Hong Kong. The famed long time Four Season HK singer Janaia leads up vocals, while the multi genre talented Tobe Kushiator is on drums and the uber funky Charles Cabellon on bass.
On quieter nights, Billy and Janaia show out with a On Point RnB duo that's just warms the soul with harmonies and tunes that tickle your memories.
